About Striking H Photography and Florals

Growing up in a family rooted in floral tradition, I drew early inspiration from my great-grandmother, Cecil, who ran a floral business right here in Marshall, TX. My grandmother passed down her passion as a 2nd generation florist and horticulturist, and it shaped who I am today. Striking H Photography and Florals opened its doors in July of 2022, and my love for flowers and design sparked long before that. Since 2019, I have been creating wedding flowers on my own, transforming emotions into color and texture. My work has been featured in Brazos Valley Bride, The Photograp[her] Magazine, and East Texas Weddings Magazine.

I am an Agriculture Science teacher in Texas, and I work with high school students daily and enjoy it! I hold both a Bachelor's and a Master's in Agriculture and take joy in inspiring students every day. Clients appreciate the custom floral arrangements I create, especially for weddings and events. My floral decoration services have brought happiness to so many, and it brings me joy knowing that couples feel confident about selecting my business for their special day.
